Shipping & Returns
Prices include packaging, handling and shipping costs for purchases shipped within Canada. Applicable tax will be added to the purchased price at checkout. The estimated time of arrival for shipment is 3-7 business days, depending on location. All shipments require a signature of receipt to the courier company for insurance purposes. The e-gallery is currently only shipping to Canada. If you are from outside of Canada, please contact me directly to purchase offline. Offline international shipping is subject to additional fees.
Every measure is taken to ensure that the artwork arrives to you safely. However, in the unlikely event that a piece was damaged during the shipping process, please refer to the instructions below.
If artwork arrives damaged, you have twenty-four (24) hours of receiving the artwork to send an email to email@example.com
regarding the damage. The email must include photos of the damaged artwork. Save all the original packaging.
I will contact you and guide you on how to repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you will be responsible for purchasing packaging materials. I will advise you on what packaging materials to purchase depending on the artwork in question.
Once the piece is safely returned, I will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to you in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original purchase. Shipping cost and international custom fees are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for the shipping fees associated with the return of any purchase.
